What this site is
Lexington Radon Pros is a free referral service for homeowners. We match your request with an independent radon mitigation contractor who is NRPP or NRSB certified and registered with Kentucky, serving Fayette County. The contractor performs the work and may pay us a referral fee. You never pay us anything, and you are free to get other quotes.
No contractor relationship with us
Lexington Radon Pros does not perform radon testing or mitigation and is not a licensed contractor. Any work is performed under a separate agreement between you and the contractor. The contractor is responsible for its own licensing, certification, insurance, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and warranties. Verify certification with the Kentucky Radon Program before work begins.
Information on this site
Prices, timelines, and radon facts on this site are typical figures for the Lexington area and general guidance from the EPA and the Kentucky Radon Program. They are not a quote, a guarantee, or health or legal advice. Your written quote from the contractor governs.
Your part

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, PattenLABZ is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or from services performed by a contractor we refer. If the law does not allow that limit, our liability is capped at $100.
